I do not accept responsibility for photos that are not your own. pricing, contract and timelineAll design prices vary depending on size, occasion, and quantity. Contact me for a rough price quote and a preliminary timeline. designI will send you designs in Adobe PDF format. Once you choose your favorite design, look it over and submit changes in written form via email. Feel free to call me with questions. The design is then updated based on your feedback, and I'll send your second proof within 1-2 days. The third round of revisions is complimentary, then further revisions are billed at $25 each. We will correct, at no cost, any mistakes caused by our own error. final approval & proofreadingOnce all revisions are complete, provide your final approval via email. Once we receive the signed proof, your design will be printed.Remember to proofread your designs; have a few people read over the text; check for typos, misspellings, etc. Rosita Designs is not responsible for these types of errors. Unfortunately, if you find errors in printed pieces, there will be a charge for reprinting. The text will print exactly as you sent it. cancellationsIf at any time, you decide to cancel your order, there is a $50 cancellation fee for invitations or announcements and a $100 cancellation fee for wedding suites.rush ordersI am able to accommodate rush turnarounds. It is an additional 50% of your order total. Let me know as soon as possible if you have an invitation or announcement emergency.assemblyI am happy to assemble your design, if it is required, for a small fee. We can also create custom labels designed specifically to match your stationary, or print addresses on envelopes. If you choose either of these options, please allow me an additional week. I can also mail your envelopes ahead of time for a nominal fee.mailing and paymentsPayment for your design is due before your stationary is shipped. I take personal checks or you may use Paypal for a small fee. Once payment is received, your invitations are printed, packaged and shipped. I will send you an email when your order is ready to ship.All designs are shipped USPS, and I try to use Priority Mail Flat Rate as much as possible.
